• Treat all inquiries and residents with respect and professionalism

• Notify us promptly of any material changes to their services or status

Facilities understand that listing on CareMap does not constitute an endorsement by us.

CareMap is a platform service only. We do not:

• Provide medical, legal, or financial advice

• Guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any advisor or facility

• Assume responsibility for the actions of advisors or facilities

• Warrant that all information on our platform is accurate or up-to-date

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making informed decisions about care options.

We strongly recommend that users verify credentials, visit facilities, and consult with appropriate professionals before making care decisions.
